uggggggg......headaches

i raced saturday night. my time was ok, considering i hadn't run since the last one ( i know toby, i paid $35 bucks to run and you'd charge me half the price). i finished in a little over 34 minutes, an normal time for me. but, 2 minutes after i'm struck down by a headache. yuck!!!!! theres the whole losing my vision thing, so thank goodness toby was with me. i just realized that i have never gotten a headache so far from home. if toby hadn't of been there, i would have been found passed out in the street. but the good news is it wasn't one of the headaches that i pray for death. i really think that cutting out/down on different food is working. so anyways, the last two days i felt pretty lousy, but i'm getting better. and the headaches are decreasing in frequency and intensity. life is getting better.
